Who is Allen?

I am constantly asking questions, identifying problems, thinking of how to solve them, and then executing on the solution. The rest of my attention goes to music, photography, books, coffee, travel, and cycling.

I’m the founder of Rivets, where I’m building the AI workforce for the global construction industry.

Before founding Rivets, I spent six years at EY UK, rising through the ranks, and eventually became a Senior Manager in one of their Data Science teams. After EY, I worked as an AI Scientist at a fintech unicorn in the UK, Zopa Bank, where I focused on building applied AI in an environment where rigor, reliability, and trust matter.

Away from work, I listen to music, collect records, read, travel, drink coffee, cook for people I love, and I have taken on photography.
